關稅與進口稅 / Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
本商品從台灣出貨，進口至歐盟（包含法國）時，依當地法規需繳納進口關稅及 VAT。相關費用由買家自行負擔，並在包裹到達時由快遞公司或海關向收件人收取。
請注意：
- 法國 VAT 稅率為 20%
- 法國自 2026 年 3 月起，每件低價進口商品加收 €2 海關手續費
- 超過 €150 的訂單另可能需繳交進口關稅
建議在下單前向當地海關確認相關費用。
All orders are shipped from Taiwan. When your order arrives in the EU (including France), it may be subject to import duties, VAT, and customs handling fees imposed by your local government.
These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are collected by the shipping carrier or customs authority upon delivery. We are unable to predict the exact amount, as these fees vary by country and order value.
Please note:
- EU VAT rate in France is 20%
- France applies a €2 customs handling fee per item on low-value imports (as of March 2026)
- Orders over €150 may be subject to additional import duties

運送方式與配送時間
結帳頁面會顯示可用的運送方式及預估配送時間。配送時間僅供預估參考而非保證，並於訂單運送後開始計算。配送時間可能受貨運業者延遲、天候或其他非我們可控的事件影響。
運送成本
系統會在結帳頁面根據您的收件地、訂單重量及選擇的運送方式計算運費。若特定訂單適用免費標準運送，系統會顯示於結帳頁面。
歐盟海關、稅額與其他適用費用
運送至歐盟國家/地區的訂單可能需要繳交 VAT、關稅、進口稅，以及貨運業者的仲介費或處理費。如果系統未在結帳頁面收取這些費用，顧客可能需要在配送前或配送時付清，且顧客必須自行負擔這些費用。
訂單追蹤
我們會在系統運送訂單後，寄送內含追蹤編號及連結（若適用）的確認電子郵件給您。請注意，您收到電子郵件後，追蹤資訊可能需要一段時間才會更新。
運送收件地
我們目前運送至台灣、德國，以及法國。國際訂單可能需要繳交關稅、進口稅和相關費用，並可能發生海關延遲。

包裹遺失、損毀或延遲配送
